Where are your products made?

We are a USA, family owned and operated business. All of our products are proudly made in the USA.

Is your sea moss wildcrafted? Where does it come from?

Yes, our sea moss is wildcrafted, and it is sustainably and ethically harvested from the ocean waters of St. Lucia. We maintain direct relationships with the sea moss farmers and local governments in St. Lucia to ensure the quality and safety of our sea moss supply.

Are your sea moss products FDA registered?

Yes, not only are our sea moss products FDA registered, we created the very first FDA registered fruit flavored sea moss gels in America in 2020.

Is your sea moss tested for heavy metals?

Yes, our sea moss and sea moss gels are tested by an FDA approved 3rd party lab for heavy metals and safety.
Do you use real fruit in your sea moss gels?
Yes, our sea moss gels are made using real organic fruit. We never use artificial flavorings.
What is the serving size of sea moss gel?
For the average adult, the recommended serving size is 1-2 tablespoons per day, or as recommended by your physician and/or nutritionist. Sea moss is rich in iodine and should be consumed in moderation. As always, it is recommended that you consult with your healthcare physician before taking any new herbs or supplements. Our sea moss or sea moss gels are not intended to prevent, treat or cure any illness or diseases.
Do you ship your sea moss gel with an ice pack?
Our sea moss gels are shelf-stable, and non-perishable. They don’t require refrigeration until they are opened. An ice pack is only needed for products that are perishable.
Are your sea moss gels vegan?
We offer 9 varieties of sea moss gel. Aside from the two flavors that contain honey (Lemon-Ginger & Elderberry) our sea moss gels are all vegan-friendly.
Is your sea moss gel sugar-free?
We offer sugar-free sea moss gels like our Lemon-Ginger, Elderberry, and Original/Unflavored varieties. Our other fruit flavored varieties have less than 3% added sugar, which aids in naturally preserving the real fruit that we use in our recipes.
How long does the sea moss gel stay fresh?
Our sea moss gel is shelf-stable until opened. Once the jar is opened, the sea moss gel will remain fresh in the refrigerator for approximately 4 weeks.
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are received. Once the order is processed the transit time is typically 1-3 business days for addresses in the United States.
Can I change my order after it is placed?
If you’d like to make a change to your order, including a change to the shipping address or product selection, please email us at service@eversmithorganics.com as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to make the change before your order is shipped.
What is your Subscribe & Save option?
Our Subscribe and Save option is an easy way to receive regular deliveries of your favorite products at a discounted price. You can choose how often you would like to receive your delivery. There are no commitments or fees and you can cancel a subscription at any time. You can create a new subscription, by selecting the "Subscribe and Save" option when adding any product to your cart.
Where do you ship to? Do you ship to Canada?
At this time we are shipping to all 50 states within the United States, and we ship to Canada as well.

Shipping Policy


EverSmith Organics accepts Debit Card, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Gift Cards.


Our customers can expect their orders to be processed within 1-2 business days of their order being received by us. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are processed the following business day, which may add an additional day to the processing time. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  


All products are professionally packaged and shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Transit times are determined by the shipping speed selected by the customer during checkout. Transit time is the time it takes for the product to be received after it leaves our facility. This should be added on top of the order processing time.   


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email once your order has shipped. This confirmation email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active for tracking within 24 hours of receipt.


We offer international shipping on our products.  
Rates displayed on our website are in US Dollars. For rate conversions we recommend using a currency converter. 

EverSmith Organics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns and refunds


Product returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from their date of receipt. We only offer refunds and exchanges on items that are unopened or defective. Exchanges may be made for the same item or a similar item if the purchased item is not available. 

Our money back guarantee is 100% of the purchase price plus shipping if the item is defective. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of products that are not defective. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. This means factory sealed, unopened and undamaged in any way. We accept a return maximum of two items per customer.   

After we receive a returned item, one of our representatives will inspect it and process a refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on credit card statements. For more information or questions regarding credit card refund processing times, please contact your financial institution directly. 

We will notify customers via email once their refund has been approved and processed. 

If the product is opened or used in any way, or the return is initiated after the 30 day period, the item will not be eligible for a refund. 


To initiate the refund process, you will need to first obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product.

We don’t accept returned items that don’t have a pre-approved RMA number.
