Product returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from their date of purchase. We offer refunds/exchanges on items that are unopened or defective. They may be exchanged for the same item or a similar item if the one purchased is not available.
Our money back guarantee is for 100% of the purchase price plus shipping if the item is defective. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of products that are not defective. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. This means factory sealed, unopened and undamaged in any way. We accept a return maximum of two items per customer.
After we receive your returned item, one of our representatives will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. For more information or questions regarding credit card refund processing times, please contact your financial institution directly.
You will be notified via email once the refund has been approved and processed.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Perishable items that expire within 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For perishable items that expire beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, we must receive the product back within 7 calendar days of its purchase in order to issue a refund. The item must factory sealed, unopened and in its original condition.
To initiate the refund process, you will need to first obtain an RMA number PRIOR to returning the product.
